You are really important to us and your complete satisfaction is paramount. It is our intention to always be fair and reasonable when doing business with all our beautiful customers.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In order to obtain a refund, goods are to be returned to WILDHEART [wellbeing] head office. The correct procedure and location for returning the products will be provided on receipt of your request for refund, in writing.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your request for a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit in full will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs on products however cannot be refunded, only the cost of the products purchased. Please note we do not accept returns, nor process refunds, if you simply change your mind after your order has been shipped.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your goods, send us an email at [email protected] If your products are damaged during shipment, we will happily replace the order as a matter of urgency. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods in order for product replacement to be made (this is a Condition of Sale).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from that refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We, of course, are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
